A C-level sales and business development executive with 23 years experience selling in the technology, software, manufacturing, and financial sectors. Ryan is particularly gifted in the design and execution of end-to-end sales funnels and playbooks.


He loves leading teams to reach for the stars and is a big believer in coaching, sales ethics, and customer-centric growth opportunities.

His down time sees him out enjoying nature, spending time with his wife and daughter, and studying psychology. 

Dom boasts over 20 years of sales and business development success split between the oil & gas and automotive sectors. He's an expert in oilfield equipment including high specification vapour recovery, wellhead compression and various other fabricated oilfield equipment.

He shares Ryan's commitment to sales ethics and education.

He spends his weekends with his family, investing in his community, and calling Ryan to share his greatest ideas.

With over 14 years of administrative and accounting experience specializing in Oil & Gas processes, Patricia is a strategic thinker who is able to visualize, conceptualize, and implement strategies aligned to the organizations vision.

Handling the full book of PSAI's domestic and international accounts is no small task, but Patricia is well versed in financial protocol and policy as she has single-handedly developed the policies and procedures for oil & gas service companies. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has proven to be a valuable member of the PSAI team.


In her spare time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. 

Jim has over 25 years experience successfully growing profitable business in the North American CPG (Consumer Package Goods) markets and also planning logistics value and solutions for National customers.  


Jim has successfully managed executive Sales relationships with some of the largest retailers in the world. Proven ability to identify, develop and grow new B2B client strategies consistently growing year on year volumes.  As an established Sales professional Jim’s background also includes Marketing, Team leadership, Sales Training and client acquisition modeling. 


Some of the organizations Jim has worked for and along side with include: Kellogg Canada, Walmart, Costco, Nippon Express Japan,  FYI Doctors (optical) and Bell Canada specializing in Western Canada.  


In his spare time Jim enjoys running, training for triathlons and spending time with family.
